The top-mounted environmentally friendly mixing plant consists of an aggregate batching system, inclined belt conveyor, concrete foundation, main structure, metering system, mixing system, pneumatic control system, electrical control system, powder silo, and screw conveyor. After the dump truck is weighed, the aggregate is unloaded into the hopper without the need for a loader. The aggregate is sent to the designated stockpile area via the feeding belt conveyor and distribution belt conveyor. The fully automatic feeding system saves the cost of backfield feeding, and the closed stockpile area uses spray dust suppression, completely eliminating pollution caused by dust. The sand metering in the aggregate uses a lined vibrator for smooth discharge, improving efficiency.

The inclined belt conveyor uses an external shaft-mounted drive roller, polyurethane wear-resistant scraping plates, and spiral idlers to solve the problems of material sticking to the idlers, difficulty in cleaning, and belt deviation. The aggregate enters the storage bin, and the pulse dust collector collects dust, with clean water and wastewater measured separately. After the dosage of additives is measured, it is unloaded into clean water. After the powder material is measured, the butterfly valve at the screw discharge port is closed, which can improve measurement accuracy.

The twin-shaft mixer adopts a new type of end seal and high-chromium lining plates and blades, with high mixing efficiency and long service life. The size and angle of the feed inlet are professionally designed, and the mixing shaft is flushed with a pressurized pump to effectively prevent shaft binding and reduce maintenance costs. The gathering hopper can store a batch of concrete, improving the productivity of the mixing plant and preventing splashing during concrete unloading.

The electrical control system uses a fanless embedded industrial computer from Advantech in Taiwan, Schneider, and Omron electrical components, combined with self-developed PLC control modules and concrete production control management software to achieve automated management of concrete production, with reserved ERP interfaces. The structure below the mixer uses concrete, with low vibration, low noise, and a large internal space for operation, scheduling, testing, and maintenance, allowing for centralized office work and improving work efficiency.

Low-pressure feeding of the powder silo saves energy consumption, reduces noise, and lowers maintenance costs. The powder silo is equipped with a pulse dust collector, and the patch-type sensor can display the material capacity in the silo in real-time. The intermediate dust removal chamber maximally solves dust pollution and maintenance of the filter element. The powder silo is concentrated above the main building, saving packaging area, with a magnificent and atmospheric appearance. At the same time, the mixing station is also equipped with environmental protection auxiliary equipment such as sand and stone separators, filter presses, wastewater mixers, and car wash machines. The environmentally friendly mixing station truly achieves no noise, no dust pollution, no wastewater, and waste residue discharge, while being aesthetically pleasing and reasonably planned, perfectly integrating with the city.

The engineering station features a compact structure, modular design, and high measurement accuracy. Its compact structure occupies a small area, and the main building and powder silo are designed without a foundation, saving limited construction space for the project. The entire set of equipment has a high degree of modularity, with container board external sealing for convenient transportation and quick installation, saving hoisting costs.

With many national infrastructure projects and strict requirements, equipped with steel silo batching machines, aggregate coarse and fine measurement, cement, fly ash, and mineral powder three types of powder materials are independently measured through a mother-son screw conveyor. Clean water and additives are standardly measured accurately. The metering scale designed by our company, combined with the self-developed control system, meets the stringent standards of high-speed rail projects, achieving precise measurements.
