Safety operation steps and precautions for high-speed mixers

1. Before use, a trial run should be conducted without load. Before the trial run, check the tightness of all connections of the high-speed mixer and the integrity of the electrical equipment. Then close the main power switch, connect the power supply, and conduct the trial run without load. 2. Press and hold the safety protection switch with your hand, then press the green start switch. Pay attention to the motor's rotation direction (clockwise). If the direction is reversed, press the red switch to stop the machine and turn off the power. Swap the positions of any two phase wires to correct it. 3. Conduct a trial run without load. Only if no abnormal noises, high heat from the bearing, or increased temperature in the reducer are found can the high-speed mixer be put into production. 4. After confirming that the motor rotation direction of the high-speed mixer is correct, it can be put into normal production. Please set the mixing time according to the different materials required (the timer is adjustable from 0 to 30 minutes) for production use. 5. During use, if it is necessary to scrape the material from the inner wall of the high-speed mixer, use wooden or plastic tools. Do not use your hands to avoid injury accidents. 6. If the machine vibrates or makes abnormal noises during use, immediately stop the high-speed mixer for a thorough inspection. 7. Do not overload the machine. Generally, the load is determined by the motor of the high-speed mixer. The heavy load current of a 380V motor when mixing plastics should not exceed the rated current of the motor to be considered normal. If overloaded, reduce the mixing capacity. 8. Management personnel must be familiar with the technical performance, internal structure, control system, and operating principles of the high-speed mixer. They must not leave the work area during operation to prevent faults that could damage components and ensure safe production.
